1. Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all services, repairs and sales carried out by Motos Guardiola S.L.

2. Quotes and prices

All prices include VAT (IVA). For repairs over €100, a written quote is provided in advance. The customer must agree to this before work begins.

3. Warranty

We provide a 3-month warranty on all labour performed and a 6-month warranty on genuine parts used.

4. Liability

Motos Guardiola S.L. is not liable for damage resulting from the use of the vehicle after a repair, unless demonstrably caused by an error of our employees.

5. Applicable law

Spanish law applies to these terms. Any disputes are submitted to the competent court in Alicante.
